Mike has more than 30 years experience in recruitment and human resources management, including spending more than a decade as a consultant serving clients from a broad range of industries.

He has handled hundreds of appointments and recruited chief executives, finance directors and other senior appointments in human resources, marketing and operations management. He has also successfully filled non-executive chairman and director positions.

Mike has been consulted on all aspects of Human Resources management and presented seminars on employment law. He has served on numerous committees including the Recognition Panel for Investors in People and the Skills & Employment Forum for the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Ann Marie has more than 20 years experience in human resources management, the majority with large, best-practice professional service firms in the City of London, but she has also been consulted by many small-medium sized owner-managed businesses.

Ann Marie also has considerable experience of presenting seminars in employment law and concise, focused training courses. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Having graduated from Warwick University with an Accountancy degree, Harsha originally chose to follow a career in chartered accountancy. She then used her acquired knowledge to good effect by moving into accountancy recruitment with a professional recruitment organization.

Harsha's experience of recruitment spans over 15 years, mainly placing qualified accountants into all types of business, large and small, from retail through insurance and banking to fmcg and public practice.
